Zetwerk has secured a massive five hundred crore rupees in pre-IPO funding from the Bharat Value Fund, valuing the startup at $4 Bn. This financial boost marks a significant milestone in India's industrial manufacturing and technology landscape as the company scales its operations.
The funding arrives just days after SEBI approved Zetwerk's upcoming public stock market debut. The proposed initial public offering is expected to feature a $300 Mn fresh issue alongside a $150 Mn offer for sale, known as an OFS. By joining this growing wave of Indian tech startups racing toward their stock market debuts, Zetwerk highlights the increasing confidence in tech-enabled manufacturing within the country.
